1. Go back to the Step by Step install instructions and verify whether or not "Accept emails from" is empty. You cannot have a value in this field, or Easy Opt is only going to update Opt Outs that come from that address

  2. Are you are using an "Opt Out" email alias? i.e.unsubscribe@mycompany.com If so, it requires you to set up a forwarding service. Did you click on verify the Email Service Address?
    1. Check recent inbound emails to see if a verification email was sent. Also, check to make sure that they can forward your email to the Opt Out address that Easy Opt generates.
