If you are scheduling Dashboards and have noticed that the images reflect old data, following these steps will resolve your issue:


  1. Make sure the user credentials that have been added to "Report Scheduler Settings" tab are;
    1. Current. If the Password or Security Token have changed, you must update them here. Click on "Save" after update
    2. User credentials on this page MUST be of a user with a Standard Salesforce Profile = System Administrator (should not be a custom system admin profile)
  2. Follow the instructions in the 4 bullet points at the footer of "Report Scheduler Settings". The batch "Submitted By" User must be an Active Salesforce User. If not, please use these instructions to have a user with System Administrator Profile delete then refresh the batches
  3. Add our "Scheduled Reports and Dashboards" Sidebar Component to your  Home Page Layouts
