If your Workflows have all of a sudden stopped working, and or you've just received a message that looks like this:



Usually, what this means is the person who installed our Workflow App is no longer an active user. To verify if this is the case.

  • Go to  Setup > Monitor > Scheduled Jobs >
  • Find Apex Class  named WorkflowScheduler


Look for the users name associated with the column"Submitted By" where the Apex Class is WorkflowScheduler. If this user is no longer an Active User in your org, follow the steps below.

Have a user with the System Administrator Profile do the following:



Go to Workflow Setup tab >Click on Stop  Workflow > Go to Setup > Monitor > Scheduled Jobs > Find Apex Class named WorkflowScheduler, then Delete it > Go to Workflow Setup tab > Schedule Workflow
